Hellenic Club Of Canberra Bar and Gaming Lounge Refurbishment Project

SAVIL PROJECTS were engaged to complete the refurbishment project for the Hellenic Club of Canberra. Over a 10-week period, Savil Projects worked around the clock 24/7 to renovate the bars, restaurants and lounge areas, all whilst the club remained fully operational throughout the project. This project included server and gaming system installations, custom plumbing, ceiling and plaster replacement works, custom lighting, flooring including carpet and waterproof wet area flooring, custom upholstery and joinery throughout the gaming and sports lounge areas, high end tiling, refrigeration, air-conditioning and new hydraulic and refrigerated draught system works. The client was very happy with the results of the project, stating that “All the criteria exceeded expectations and resulted in delivering the project ahead of schedule. Star Car Wash New Builds

SAVIL PROJECTS was originally engaged by Star Car Wash to assist in the build of one of their new sites in Canberra. After experiencing the professional conduct of our team and the quality of our solution, Star Car Wash went on to engage Savil Projects for three additional builds. Within this project, we engaged with interior designers, engineers and the client in order to design and install a fully functional office, comfortable waiting areas and appropriate storage solutions. As well as this we went on to install significant custom lighting, custom electrical and regular signage, joinery, custom built glazed wall car washing and detailing bays, plumbing and extensive hydraulic systems to accommodate for the car washing bays, security and computer solutions, flooring, ceilings and partition walls. These projects were built in extremely high traffic live environments within shopping centre complexes. Our team has developed OH&S protocols contingent with working close to the public, without compromising on quality or public safety.

Clarity Eye Surgeon Practice Fit Out

SAVIL PROJECTS were engaged to complete the total fit out project for a newly opening Eye Surgery Practice. Over a 3 month period, Savil Projects successfully worked with the Client, Superintendent, Engineers and Interior Design experts to fully design and install an entire operational and functional medical surgery practice, including 8 working medical rooms, 3 administration rooms, waiting areas and wet areas, all from an existing cold shell space. All areas were fitted with custom joinery, custom lighting, accessible doors and privacy screens throughout, highly sensitive and technical surgery and optical equipment, along with custom electrical solutions for high powered machinery, a complete server network with attached computer systems along with all ceiling, flooring, partition walls and lighting solutions throughout. Following the project handover, the client was extremely satisfied with the service and quality of work that Savil had delivered, on time and on budget.
